**Washing Damages & Liability Disclaimer:**

* We are not responsible for garments that shrink, fade, crack, or peel due to improper laundering.

* Damages caused by washing garments in hot water, high-heat tumble drying, direct ironing, or bleaching are considered standard wear-and-tear through misuse and are completely ineligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.

* If you receive a garment with a printing defect prior to washing, please contact our support team at folaestore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the unwashed item, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
